Raw Muesli

Having ideas for meals can be tough but this Raw Muesli is so simple and can be whipped together in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients 

250g Gluten Free Rolled Oats 

50g Dried Figs, Finely Chopped

25g Coconut Flakes 

50g Chopped Almonds 

50g Roasted Hazlenuts 

Method 

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. 

Use the above recipe and soak it overnight for an easy and scrumptious start to your day. 

200g of Raw Muesli 

50g Strawberries 

50g Blueberries 

300mls Rice Milk 

Rinse the berries and quarter the strawberries. Mix the muesli, berries and milk. Sweeten with agave if required. 

Mix it up ready for the next morning.
